Michael Gordon put a valuation on the current LRS project of between 50-60c (Pre JORC ) I have found the Gordon Cap reports overt the last 3 years as very conservative for a ressearcher in the micro cap market .
Personally I think CFE will raise the ante from its current 15% stake and move on LRS once a JORC is bankable.
