re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... I agree wholeheartedly. I haven't even received correspondence that was listed as being sent to shareholders since the forms for the EGM vote. Nothing since July/August 2010. Ferrier Hodgson seems to accept no responsibility to shareholders. Mind you, considering how much they charge, maybe the less we phone them the better as we are being charged by the minute!
