I am sorry people but you are really not in a good place. Kieth Vuletda has been appointed to your company. His trail of carnage cannot be denied. Look at SRE and RCP.
His capability is clearly stated in his past record with the deal that he wrote with RCP smashing the sp from 2.2c to 1.2 c ....after which the company went into a free fall.
I am sorry but all i can do is commisserate that you are now involved with this fellow
