re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... Why wasn't this mentioned at the AGM yesterday ? From my own past experience, "Resignation Of Company Secretary" announcements have not been a positive, in fact it's been the pre-cursor to the demise of some companies, as in the heat being too hot in the kitchen so they get out. Then again, maybe this is significant in a positive way, i cant believe the timing though. Can anyone here shed some light on how this could unfold ? I'm britting even bigger shicks now :-((
