If SJ resigned, I'd be britting shicks. IP, while knowledgeable in regards to AGS, is replaceable, and for me, not a significant loss.
No disrespect to his role, but the role of Company Secrtary is more administrative. IP probably got bored due to the lack of announcements he was required to type up over the past 12 months.
