re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... Well those last two posts obviously show that some new comers have no understanding of this company at all and the long term relationships between the directors and employees.

I guess a few here don't even realise that IP was not employed by AGS but was infact on a salary from Gandal Metals. So really he has resigned from Ian Gandal's company not AGS.

This might be why many long term posters have given up on making comments and have left HC to the less knowledgeable.

Time will tell how "insignificant" IP's resignation is.
