re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... Dott - I fully understand what a Company Secretary does. I was just trying to make a point that IP is replaceable, and that his departure shouldn't be seen as a negative, let alone putting some on suicide watch.

IG, and to some degree SJ, they're the ones that I'd be concerned if we were notified that they no longer are involved in AGS.

I'm not commenting any more on this. Time will tell who is right, and while it will most likely be me, I won't be expecting any apologies from some on here. (Won't be losing sleep over that either).
