I'll bet my left nut there is a lot of negotiating going on whilst holders are speculating doomsday.
Just for one minute think about this....How do you think his mate Luk Hiu Ming would feel if his $5M was swallowed up with no return on investment. They have ways of dealing with situations like this in PRC.
I'm happy to sit and even buy more at these prices once my funds accumulate even if BHP are successful in their litigation which I doubt.
