re: Ann: Company Secretary Appointment/Resign... Guys having watched your posts over the past year or so it is quite intriguing how little comment and acknowledgement is given to the poor staff who have ended up on the scrap heap.

Surely the good Dr and the other directors realise their staff are their greatest asset and should show some true leadership by taking at least a 50% pay cut and introduce a decent staff share scheme based on loyalty and results.

Come on any mug can win a tender, the art is delivering it better than the bit estimate and you can't do that without decent staff, unless Dr Who is going to deliver it himself?

End of Feb is definitely D day and I too will be marking up a final sell unless something positive appears from Very Dumb M
