“Company”) (ASX:CTO) hereby advises that Mr Niall Nand has been appointed
Company Secretary, replacing Mr Francis Rigby who resigned the position, with
both effective 11 March 2016. We thank Mr Rigby for his valued contribution.
Mr Nand is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Bachelor of Business with
extended major in professional accounting. In small to large tier firms past 7 years he
played an integral role in development of systems and processes to manage the
corporate, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
