At a guess as mentioned earlier they are low on cash and are currently trying to negotiate some funding and probably do not want to be seen trading insolvent IMHO. They did say they were going to forward sell some gold for $1.2mill and try and make some share placements over the coming months. They also said in their recent announcements they had extended the redemption date for the circa $10mill due yesterday but have not released any details so far, still trying to finalise the deal perhaps.
