As a partner of Vobis, Equity Attorneys, Francis has achieved great professional success, providing legal advice and expertise to clients from around the world.

With an impressive background across a variety of industries, Francis is uniquely placed to offer informed guidance on the future direction of Forum Group, having held a variety of senior roles, including the position of Company Secretary and General Counsel to Thomas Telecom Australia for 7 years. His experience working with major household brands – including that of Alcatel, KFC, the Bank of Sydney and Excite Holidays – ensures Forum is in very capable hands.

With a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, Corporate Governance from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Australia, Francis’ professional acknowledgement on a global scale is held in high regard, proving an invaluable asset to Forum’s advisory board.
