Well I am obviously out of touch with reality.

I thought that the Garrison Health contract would be a big deal for BUPA and with just 7 weeks to go after 4 years with MPL there would be some information around about the change over for upwards of 80000 permanent and reservist ADF personnel

This is what Defense Connect said in January: Handover between Medibank and Bupa will take place over the next few months before the official commencement of the contract in July.
