I can only imagine that his job of defending the directors would just be getting harder and harder every day. Now with three listed entities all in suspension and scrutiny from regulators not going away any time soon - I can't imagine he'd be enjoying his work. The last round of queries from the NSX required a response within 2 business days and they're getting very direct and specific with their line of inquiry. I notice that Kevin handed in his resignation only two days after the last round of queries were announced. Perhaps he's just had enough?

I also can't imagine that any of the current directors or their associates are looking forward to two back-to-back EGM's. I wouldn't be surprised to see more of them jumping ship in the next few weeks.
