Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Mine is that current management have a clock ticking when this is happening:





Viridian Financial Group and Synchron are private but probably also generating $$$.

I think all shareholders would like to see a return - including the largest few.

If half of the shareholder base accepted an off-market takeover bid, the perceived control from a few would switch into becoming essentially minority holders.

I know what price I'd accept. I know there are $$$ millions of synergies to be extracted from this.
