What is the end game? That prospectus can’t attract any investors but those who already want to put money in. It has no biz plan or anything, etc. so it seems to me that the only people who would put money in are those who will get it straight back out.
I wonder if these guys are connected to telefox or any of the other creditors. Are they able to buy into sas, get the cash back out via the doca and then declare a loss on the investment?
