Went back and looked at it's history and researched it to make sure none of these involved "people" have anything to do with any companies on my watchlists.
They obviously listed on the ASX because if they listed in Israel there are ceilings on how much the BOD could pay themselves and screw shareholders over so they back doored onto the ASX literally.
I got ripped off big time many years back by a dodgy mob but this is by far the biggest act of douchebaggery that i have ever seen on the ASX.
