Q. Where in this announcement of 28 April did it state that Matthew Worner was Acting Company Secretary?

A. It didn’t. Because he was appointed Company Secretary i.e. in a permanent capacity not as an interim stopgap.

It is this sort of crafted misinformation and deliberately tricky spin that makes shareholders sceptical of the CEO and Board. SO4 should try some honesty and transparency for a change. Simply state - if it’s the case - that Worner was not suited to the role or felt that his future lay outside of the company. All this looks like, off the back of the current suspension, is a cover-up over the exit of a disenchanted officeholder just three months after his appointment.

The entire board is proving to be untrustworthy by authorising ASX statements like this.
