I hope Matt gets well soon!
I notice he's the company secretary for quite a few ASX listed companies (TIE, MEI, MXO, TNR, EPM, XTC, GTR, FNT) according to his Linkedin. However, it seems that TNR is the only company to issue a resignation notice.
From what I've read here, I wouldn't be surprised at all if his doctor told him to reduce his workload. I'm just intrigued to know why he choose to quit TNR first..
