Don't you think that this is could be all planned? The management could be secretly cooperating with the broker that facilitates the CR and whoever is orchestrating the roller coaster ride. Pretty sure that the short term profits that could be generated from this roller coaster ride is much greater than the management profits from exercising their performance-right options. If this speculation is true then this is an insider trading. This pattern is apparent in many ASX penny stocks, and it will happen again and again. The losers are the retail investors who buy high and panic sell at lows.
