Agreed, indeed.
What gives me faith though is that both the CEO of Cadence has 9% stake in EMH and Cadence itself has another 8% as well. Ellerstone has another 4.89% so at least about 25% of the stock is in the hands of 'external 3rd parties'.
Anyhow there definitely is some skin in the game by the management, however it actually would be a great vote of confidence if the BOD actually bought on the market; in a stagnant stock like this one it can work wonders and drive the SP up in the lead up to some expected news (obv. if done within the compliancy window for purchase, due to market sensitive information).
