Of course, for this to be the case, it would be Geomet and EMN that would have to merge. I suppose that if it were purely an EMH/EMN merger, that would give EMH more muscle but also make them a more tempting t/o target for CEZ. The latter could then sell a percentage of the combined lithium/manganese operation to a mining major partner.
But I'm just speculating and know nuffink....!
