What is going on at the Board at QHL, with 5 COMPANY SECRETARIES in 3 1/2 YEARS!!!!

Mr Pinto resigns 31/7/2020
Ms McGregor resigns 9/9/2022
Mr Roelofsz resigns 11/9/2023
Mr Zlotnick resigns 31/1/2024

New Company Secretary is Ms Bentley appointed 31/1/2024

This is very unusual. The Company Secretary role is very important in ensuring proper Governance standards, Board conduct, Compliance and accurate recording of minutes of meetings (including dissenting opinions) and ASX reporting with continuous disclosure (and the fair representation contained within these ASX announcements).

I also note the timing of this resignation with the FY2024 Half Year Financial Results being due shortly.

Surely, an explanation from the Board is now required.

The Board appoints the Company Secretary, so why have 5 people revolved through the Board in that role, in 3 1/2 years?

It seems to me that:
1) Either the appointments were poor decisions by the Board? Or
2) The Company Secretaries have not been satisfied with the working relationship with the Board or its carriage of its duties? Or
3) Something else?

We know the long suffering shareholders are not satisfied with the Board and Company performance.

How about an explanation Directors?
