I fully understand your frustration.
Let's face it we will never be given any reason behind a resignation by any Board other than the usual announcement.
They will view this as standard and wouldn't consider a frustrated shareholder viewpoint to further explain away the issues if there are any that is.
Not sure the timing around half-year results has much to do with it, but hey a nice conspiracy still the same.
People resign all the time. The show goes on. Company Secretaries come and go, their function is one of Governance, quite a dry role. If it was the CEO then I might be more concerned.
Still what an absolute joke this share price is !
