Corporate Secretariat deals in Governance and is the direct link between the company and the Board of Directors.
Nothing more and nothing less. I would not buy/sell any company based on a change of the Company Secretary.
Also worth noting that, as companies grow, when staff is turned over they tend to attract higher quality replacements.
