Some smaller companies outsource the position or at least have the Co- Sec. being also employed by another company.
It was the case with Purseus with Mr Susmit Shah an accountant Co- Sec for them but being employed by Tiger Resources. I suspect it isn't an all encompassing job.
Why Fiona Mannen at MLX before got paid a small fortune for it before I don't know but she may have been doubling as CFO.
I'm guessing the job will be more important with MLXs level of corporate activity CYP & NC1 spring to mind.
