I expected this after they got the recent pop in SP. 20% discount on $7m of shares = $1.4m value leakage/dilution. At current market cap holders subsidise new buyers by less than 1% of market cap. P1ss3d at no participation by retail but overall an acceptable outcome to ensure cashflow is absolutely no issue while they are in the home straight to major financing. Board and CEO continuing to make good decisions here.
