It seems to me to be state extortion with no regard to international accounting norms.
They are squeezing everyone for more money and if companies don't pay they are probably going to lose their licences and end up in a decade long international trade dispute.
Legally, Australian companies cannot submit to corruption and payments under duress which means a bleak outlook for RSG shareholders.
Of course our own Australian government disinfo junta might prosecute me for posting misinformation online. Tyrants everywhere. Tempting to move to the USA right now.
