Looks like so, otherwise it would be extremely irresponsible for Ian to resign now instead of resign much earlier after "no major exploration activities" (since last disappointment) for almost half a year. Fingers crossed it's a change for new/right direction. Another great example that anything can happen in this market esp. in the spec end and for CPM's case even with some posters' keeping communicating with the resigning (unexpectedly) MD in recent months/days..
