What for?

This company should only be considered to be a shell at the bottom of the exploration company cycle. The vast majority of exploration companies never find a bankable resource that can be economically exploited, so they inevitably lose value until they are little more than a shell. When a shell is fully overhauled, they'll get a share consolidation, buy out immaterial share holdings and recapitalise the company with a new project and funding. All of those things aren't always necessary though, depending on the shell.

Rebooting shells with new projects is a key part of what nearly all company directors at this level are being paid to do, and a good number of them are straight up brokers (or ex brokers).

No praying needed... It's just time until something happens. At what stage and price you bought is the question. Sure, a small number get liquidated or delisted, but not many...
