Totally sux being this low but it has to be buying opportunity. Some trader has been accumulating since the announcement, or is it the next project owner.

I would like to see a consistent buying pattern, but I think when this happens it will too late at these prices. These guys would be under pressure from IPO sub holders, so im sure something must be boiling along.
