You need to look at the market caps and compare it to how much cash they have. If their cash is almost the same as the market cap or within a couple of mill, then you've got something that is potentially good value. Any sh1tbag stock that has an EV more than a couple of mill though usually has plenty of scope to drop 30%, 50% or more! Especially in this market.
Mostly disregard the actual sp though... whether it 30c, 10c or sub 1c.
