I feel that the way they've rather confusingly flip flopped in announcements between building interest about targeting REEs then it's suddenly all focus Kaolin out of left field in the next, has been the nail in the coffin for the options (barring some sort of miracle). No one was sure quite which direction the company was taking and this sort of Chairman's letter needed to accompany the original kaolin announcement to explain their strategy, when more eyes would have been on it.
