Well I understand why you may be upset. As I said they were just making all sorts of questionable and unrealistic( some could say dishonest) statements and promises at the time which just served the purpose of winning the proxy fight. I don't recall them promoting "ready deals" but trying to make M&A deals in an "expeditious manner" because you "promised" to do it is a very bad incentive and leads to value destruction. I am glad they didn't do anything stupid, you should be too.
