It's like starting a fire. You have to start small and sometimes it takes longer than you hoped for.
The Manganese price (fuel on the fire) determines the speed of progress I guess.
For now they cut the dividends payout ratio by ~30% and are using the freed up cash to reduce the operating costs even further by installing solar for electric power generation.
Sure wish they told us earlier about the new dividend payout ratio and plans, but at least we have something now.
