We've diluted our holdings for a company that we already had control of and a business that was unviable until we made them an offer. Over paid for both. The market was never going to fall for this one. Looking like back to $0.05 by close. Not happy about the fact at all.

Capital raising has put a roof on the price.

Stop raving about how good it is and have a good hard objective look at the announcement.
