4DS can't come out and say HGST will be acquiring the company for $X per share in an announcement. But they came pretty damn near close to saying it.
We have made the development plan with imec and HGST. The plan potentially delivers a chip and/ or a corporate transaction. We are fully funded to implement the plan.
