Goal congruence between our agents, the directors, is still there. But it's 18 months minimum.
Some of us principals, us shareholders, have shorter goal time horizons.
Also - keep in mind there is a bunch of Guido's options out at 2024... the skeptic in me says that they are in 2024 and not 2021 for a reason.
