    Usually an ECA credit would cover only the German portion of capex, which if construction works are performed by local contractors would hardly exceed 50 percent of capex. Besides that, most banks would require certain debt/equity ratios to be maintained (50:50?, 60:40?). Thus, IMHO, of course TNG will need to raise hundreds of millions in additional equity to make this happen.
