Sad to see some people selling out at a huge loss after today's ANN which is expected. IMO, this will take off, just need some time. I'm still holding a small parcel which I bought a couple of months back, no point selling.

Have chat with those who work in the industry or those who have dealt with agencies / headhunters / recruiters before. Find out how much they charge and what do they actually do to justify the amount that they are charging and you'll understand my point above.
