    You suggest the model could be fundamentally flawed. I believe it is, because introducing the methodology into any major company will necessarily have to go through and have the support of the HR divisions. Why would a HR division want to introduce something that potentially circumvents them in the hiring process. Its not I would think in their self-interests. And self interest always triumphs in the end. Just my musings. I held, but no longer.
