It doesn't circumvent the hr department it helps them find people . If anything it circumvents employment agencies where they charge large sums of money per hire 4K+. I don't think 1pg saw themselves as the only way to hire people but when mass hire is needed 1pg is a good tool to have. Thus, targeting larger corporations. I too have been disappointed by 1pg. So I understand where you guys are coming from as they have taken quite sometime to get things sorted and revenue coming in . F17 q2 results would be one to watch
