So finally we gain some insight as to the issues and it's worse than I thought - not just the ASX listing rules, but the Corporations Act. Also, they still haven't disclosed the ASX query letter (unless I've missed something), so it doesn't look to me as though the pathway out of suspension is straightforward yet.

Hopefully the company is now fully compliant with listing rules and we are not in danger of a de-listing. It perhaps helps that ASIC and the ASX also failed to notice the breach for so long.
