No, all collections are not revenue. The reason is simple, a large part of a collection is the return of the capital paid for the PDP. That is why the company refers to it as '25.3m in liquidations', and not '25.3m in revenue'.
My point about PNC using the EBITDA figure the way they do, is that it paints a much better picture that reality. Oh 50m or 60m EBITDA for the year? Great. Look at some of CCP's reports and presentations, does that company repeatedly refer to an EBITDA number before the amortisation of debt ledgers?
