I am not a tech guy so I am not sure if what I will say fits in the discussion of 60nm min and IMEC.
In 2022, IMEC and Rapidus Japan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation where they will be collaborating (just like the agreement signed today between 4DS and IMEC). Now Rapidus is looking at a project to make 2nm.
