There will almost certainly need to be new information or development to attract a sale, and the announcement says that's approximately a year away.
If you evaluate the prospects positively, then a year away is peachy keeno, because it means you can buy today and lower the tax on those gains. If you don't evaluate the prospects especially positively, then, well, I mean frankly you shouldn't probably hold the stock. If you're here for pip trading and pump and dumps, the game's been called off and you need to move on to some new, whatever, lithium stock or something.
