I have been in and out of 4DS for years (like many here) and idiotically sold a large parcel prior to the Megabit announcement and have had skin in the game since playing the movements with modest success. However I am currently out (didn't see the value in holding into an AGM for a significant price sensitive announcement) and IMHO this announcement will tank the price for a while.
Why hold when you can re-enter mid-late next year when the new results are in and confirm the progress is still heading towards a sale?
Short of a sudden offer (unlikely given the upcoming PL's) this will get hammered down and steadily.
Congratulations to the options holders who converted and sold while the going was good. I'll be back around June to see what's happening.
