How long have they known this information, it's a long time since they visited Imec, and as many of you guessed it, an announcement on the eve of the AGM. There is something about this board that isn't above the board. Shareholders are being played, they don't give a dam if you paid for all their years of development, you don't count, and you're not important enough to be given timely updates.
