I'm interested in more details on platform lot 6.
is it a typo and should be non platform lot?
how can they say limited to 60nm on imecs array and now aiming for 20nm platform lot in 12 months.
i wonder if they were originally working at 20nm and scaled it back after the first 2 unsuccessfull platform lots?
