    @Flectional / @mjshackl if 4DS are scaling down to 20nm then I wonder what kind of performance increase that might potentially mean for the Megabit device. Care to share or speculate at what smaller geometries might mean for the (already speedy) read/write performance?

    My own dodgy research with ChatGPT ...

This is because smaller semiconductors have a higher electron mobility and a lower resistance, which results in faster switchingspeeds and lower power consumption.     Maybe the current read speed of 9.5 nanoseconds goes to 5 nanoseconds?
